The 5D comes with a 18-70mm zoom while the 7D gets a 28-100mm lens selling for $899 and $1,289 respectively. The buildings are all sharp and noise levels are low. The Maxxum 5D doesn’t offer all the options of the 7D, but we didn’t miss any of those rarely-used settings.
Remember: D-SLRs are commitments so expect to buy a bag in order to carry all the goodies around. Speaking of which, the pop-up flash can be seen at the top of the photo. Record Mode After you hit the power switch you’ll wait about one second before the 5D can start taking pictures.
